About Retreat

The Five Elements Wellness Retreat in Bhutan is an upcoming opportunity for individuals seeking to heal and rejuvenate their mind, body, and soul. Led by a cancer survivor turned nutritionist and aromatherapist, this retreat is designed to offer a unique and powerful approach to wellness. The retreat focuses on the five elements of fire, earth, water, wood, and metal, which form the foundation of traditional Bhutanese medicine and philosophy.

The retreat is open to anyone who wishes to embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and healing. It is particularly suited for individuals who are experiencing physical or emotional challenges, such as cancer survivors, those struggling with stress or burnout, and anyone seeking to improve their overall well-being.

The retreat will be structured to provide participants with a comprehensive wellness experience. There will be daily qigong sessions, guided hikes, hot stone baths, healthy meals, aromatherapy workshops, private dietary plan and other wellness workshops. Additionally, there will be time for personal reflection and journaling, allowing participants to gain clarity and insights into their lives.
